Trohanny Cottage Tour

In association with Historic Houses of Ireland beautiful Trohanny Cottage will be opening its half door for a Heritage Open Doors tour as this year's theme 'Heritage at Risk' is incredibly relevant to Irish thatched cottages. Come and enjoy a tour of the inside and outside of this authentic 1800s cottage and hear about its history from its beginnings to the modern day.

You'll meet Trohanny's infamous 'Welcoming Committee' of friendly animals and relax by the old hearth while listening to owner Aine's wonderful Irish-themed storytelling and poetry. Enjoy some light refreshments and chat with likeminded souls!
