The Big Dig

Join us for an exciting excavation of a replica Viking House with the School of Irish Archaeology!

Children can dig for hidden artefacts and discover how archaeologists uncover clues from the past. Participants can also take part in coin-making and coin pouch-making workshops, creating their own souvenirs to take home.

• 12 spaces available per session
• Sessions at 11am, 12 noon, 1pm and 2pm
• First come, first served
• Parental supervision is required at all times
• This is an outdoor event, so please dress appropriately for the weather
