Foraging tour and dinner feast
Guided tour with custodian & forager Kloe Wood exploring the incredible wild flavours to be found in a range of habitats being restored across Esk Mountain. The evening’s feasting starts with a freshly prepared starter dish on arrival, then the opportunity to taste the landscape with a main course, pudding & drinks prepared together in a handcrafted woodland kitchen & cooked over fire.
* 90min guided foraging walk & tour
* Freshly prepared 3-course dinner feast made using a range of wild botanicals blended with the best seasonal produce from across West Cork.
* Starter, Main & Dessert & Two drinks (1 hot, 1 cold)
* Interactive demonstration on preparing dishes using the wild ingredients gathered
* Learn how to cook a selection of seasonal dishes on an open fire
