St Kavan's Church Camross, Exploring its History Through the Ages

We have commissioned Peter Dooley our local artist to design an information board outlying the architectural and local history surrounding St Kavans’s Catholic Church and graveyard in Camross Village. Yes, this is how it is spelt on old maps and documents. The information board will be unveiled during Heritage Week 2026.

We will serve refreshments afterwards in the Hub Building and encourage people to share stories and memories from the site. We hope to display old photographs and other items that may be collected as part of the project.
