The Education Team at Dublin Castle is delighted to offer a series of workshops and tours as part of National Heritage Week 2025.
During this FAMILY-FRIENDLY workshop our participants will explore the history behind the Dubh Linn Garden, located behind the State Apartments of Dublin Castle.
Using the interlocking snake pattern as our inspiration, participants will use materials from the Education Room to create their own SNAKE STICK PUPPETS! Participants are also invited to colour and fold their own 3D Dubh Linn Gardens which will act as their unique historical backdrops to their serpentine creations.
This is an opportunity to LEARN, DISCUSS and CREATE using the rich history of Dublin Castle as our starting point!
This workshop is free of charge. Booking is essential, as places are limited. Bookings are by email only.
