Tillage Field Walk by Hedges and Streams

Wander along hedges, headlands and the stream in our local tillage landscape. Make a posy of wild flowers and wild grasses. Look for tracks of nocturnal animals and ask the local farmer lots of questions about farming today.

We will be listening out for birds and finding lots of flowers and trees to identify by the stream. Pick a posy of wild grasses. Find animal paw prints and mammal ways. . Chat to the local farmer about tillage, sheep and cattle. Join us for refreshments after at Richardstown Cottage
