Join us on Rochfortbridge Heritage Day for a tour of selected sites of historical interest in and around our village.
The day is planned as follows:
9.15am Shuttle bus from church carpark
(Our first three stops are accessible by shuttle bus only as parking is very limited)
9.30am Gaulstown Churchyard:
The Rochforts, Mary Molesworth and Gaulstown Church and Graveyard
with Denis O'Neill and Shirley McCormack
11.00am Castlelost Church and Graveyard and Meedin Church
with John Gavin and Cian Burke
12.30pm Kieran Geoghegan's Museum of Artefacts at Piercetown: visit followed by refreshments.
2.00pm Historic walk through Rochfortbridge
with Danny Dunne
