Gardening is a foundational skill and one that was practiced
by Scoil Eanna during Patrick Pearse time as headmaster. Scoil Eanna’s head Gardener Micheál Mac Ruaidhrí taught the boys practical gardening with horticulture and the produce grown was sold to help fund the school.

Join us as in the courtyard as we will explore potting for the
seasons with our head Gardener Alan Tomney, we will be planting
ahead for the colder seasons looking at herbs that take the
colder months ahead.
