Neolithic Archaeology sites of South Armagh with Úna Walsh
The three types of Neolithic burial monuments are part of the South Armagh landscape, A passage grave at the top of Slieve Gullion, which is lit by the setting sun of the Winter Solstice. Ballykeel Dolman is a single chamber portal tomb and Annaghmare the most outstanding of the several court cairns.
Annaghmare of a marshy land with little building put its' arms around the Court Cairn and preserved it intact to present day.
It is amazing to have three types in a small geographic area of about 20 square miles.

Do remember to wear comfortable, sensible footwear so you can stroll along at ease.
