Mixies Bog

A 45 minute video showing how turf used to be cut on the bog. It shows the processes involved, the important tasks, such as brewing the tea. With commentary from one of the last people to cut it by hand and the realization that the art is not only dying, but that something that has been our culture and tradition, will soon be no more.
