Mineral Pigments and Paints Workshop with Annie Hogg

Mineral workshop with wild-foraged materials, earth pigments, and focusing on ecological literacy. We will look at the sourcing and identification of suitable local rocks, stones and ochres (iron ore) with which to create pigments suitable for an array of applications.
For this year's Heritage Week, we really want to offer the community a hands-on, tactile event that explores our natural heritage in a slightly different way than a traditional lecture.
