
Meet the Trees of Deputy's Pass
Join our education team for a hike through Deputy's Pass Nature Reserve and meet its trees.
Native woodlands are a small but crucial element of Ireland's landscape, a haven for biodiversity, and a major part of our natural and cultural heritage. Join us this Heritage Week for a guided hike around Deputy's Pass to meet some of the natives of the Wood, learn about the lives of trees, and have a chat about some woodland conservation.
Free of charge, numbers limited. Dress for the weather and keep in mind that the walk will take us over some moderately steep and uneven terrain over the course of about 5km.
