Medieval Day at Cork Public Museum!
Join us at Cork Public Museum on Saturday 15th August for a special Medieval Day as part of Heritage Week.
This free, family-friendly event invites you to discover medieval life through a series of themed stations located throughout the museum, each exploring unique aspects of the period. Visitors can enjoy a self-guided experience, wandering at their own pace while engaging with objects, stories, and costumes that bring the past to life.
We are also delighted to introduce our Dig & Discover Boxes, kindly supported by the Heritage Council.
These fun, hands-on boxes will give families a chance to experience what it’s like to uncover and interpret objects just like an archaeologist!
