On both Sundays of Heritage Week, August 16th and 23rd 2026, Danny Denman, one of Ireland's foremost experts in Medieval Armoury, returns with a large collection of replica medieval weapons, armour and clothing of the Norman era which defined the outcome of many a battle, siege and duel. On display are various types of swords, crossbows and longbows, arrows and their multiple arrowheads, shields, and quivers. As well as typical clothing and armour for infantry and mounted knights such as chainmail and breastshields. Combined with Danny's engaging presentation this is an event proven popular for all the family.
