Doochary - Duchoraidh Village Heritage Day

There will be informal talks, a launch of a sculpture commemorating Doochary immigrants by Annagry artist John Gillespie; historic displays on the local salmon fishery; displays at the Free Children's Library of native bug life and a large Bug Hotel created by Doochary Men's Shed; a display of native mammals at the National school; and the launch of the Family Zone.
All these activities will be held in and around the villages beautiful Riverwalk and Nature Garden. The talks will be informal and a sharing of memories and photographs with light refreshments, held at the Corkscrew lounge.
All events are free and everyone is welcome
