Did you know that 20% of the island of Ireland is bogland habitat? Explore the formation of peatlands and learn of the IPCC’s species monitoring undertaken on the reserve in 2025 including, curlew, dragonfly and damselfly and large heath butterfly surveys. Participants should wear clothes appropriate for the outdoors.
