Lodge Bog Walk and Talk

Join the Irish Peatland Conservation Council for a walk to Lodge Bog.

Lodge Bog is an example of a raised bog habitat. Explore the diversity of specialist flora and fauna living on this reserve from snorkelling cottongrasses to insect eating Sundews. Watch as dragonflies dart past and listen for the call of our bogland birds.

This is an outdoor event participants should wear strong footwear and clothes appropriate for the outdoors.
