The story of this beautiful Ship Wallhanging Quilt on display in Drogheda Museum Millmount.
Mary McDonnell will be talking about how The Drogheda Quilters got the idea for the piece and how they sourced all the information about the ship, its contents and the shipping routes from Drogheda at the time -1683. Mary will be comparing life in Drogheda in 1985 to life in 1685.
