Learn to Leave No Trace at Banagher Outdoor Swimming Pool

Join Leave No Trace Ireland on 15 August at Banagher Pool, Co. Offaly, for a special Heritage Week Awareness Course exploring the theme "Heritage at Risk" and what it means for one of Ireland's most valuable natural landscapes.

Through this engaging and interactive course, participants will explore the challenges facing natural heritage sites, discover practical ways to minimise their impact, and learn how the Leave No Trace Seven Principles can help safeguard places like Banagher Pool for future generations.

As well as gaining a Leave No Trace Awareness Certificate, attendees will leave with a deeper appreciation of the area's unique heritage and the knowledge, confidence, and skills to become ambassadors for responsible outdoor recreation in their own communities.
