As part of National Heritage Week 2026, Killoskehane Castle is delighted to open its doors to the local community for a relaxed and informal Open Day celebrating this year's theme, "Heritage at Risk."

For over four centuries, Killoskehane Castle has watched history unfold. Standing on this site since 1580, the castle has been home to remarkable characters, witnessed fascinating events, and remains an important part of the local landscape today. As a proud member of Historic Houses of Ireland, we are passionate about preserving this heritage for future generations and sharing its stories with visitors.
