Join us for a special screening of Keepers of the Port, a moving documentary film by Moira Sweeney exploring the lives, labour, and memories of Dublin Port workers.
This visually rich and emotionally resonant film captures the voices of dockers, crane drivers, stevedores, marine operatives, and port managers, documenting how their work and identity have evolved within the ever-changing urban landscape of Dublin Port. It is part of a broader practice-based research project that reflects on memory, place, and the sensory aspects of working life.
Following the screening, Moira Sweeney will give a talk and take part in a Q&A session with the audience.
