To celebrate National Heritage Week 2026, the Schoolhouse at Annaghmore will be open on Sunday 16th August from 10am to 4pm.
This is a free event offering a self-guided tour of this classic former schoolhouse, now restored as self-catering accommodation. Built in the 1860s as a school for the Annaghmore estate tenants' children, visitors can enjoy the remaining details while exploring the conservation work undertaken by Irish Landmark Trust.
