Introduction to Limerick lace and the design process (Heritage week)


Suitable for aged 6 – 9 years. Parents/ Guardians must be present.

Lace teacher Christina Kearney will introduce the children to Limerick lace and the design process involved in designing a piece of lace. The children will then work on their own design while learning some fun facts about Limerick. The children will then have an opportunity to try a few stitches.
