Heritage at Risk-Culdaff

Culdaff Development Association will host a talk with two local historians Sean Beattie and Neil Mc Grory in the Wee Hall ,Culdaff,Co.Donegal @6p.m.on Wednesday 19th August 2026.

This talk is to raise public awareness about two monuments in the local area, The Temple of Deen and Bocan Stone Circle as a means of securing their future.

The general focus is the built,natural and the cultural heritage,which is threatened by a number of factors ranging from climate change to environmental influences.
Culdaff in particular has some of the highest concentrations of megalithic monuments in the County and this year our event will focus on these two monuments which are at risk.
