Join Dr Christina Haywood for a lecture celebrating Prof. Fr. Henry Browne, the founder of UCD Classical Museum. A visionary educator who, motivated by the conviction that access to objects from the ancient world would enhance his students experience of studying the ancient languages, created the Museum of Ancient History which would later be renamed UCD Classical Museum.
The museum will be open after Dr Haywood's talk in order to view Browne's collection.
