Meath has a rich medieval heritage. Across the county are the remains of four historic walled towns, each telling the story of Ireland’s transformation following the arrival of the Anglo-Normans in the late 12th century.
Combining archaeology and living history, this interactive event is inclusive and accessible to all abilities and interest levels.
Participants will explore Meath’s past with archaeological artefacts, fantastic facts and a historical craft activity.
