Free Entry to the Medieval Experience and Archaeology Hall

This Heritage Week enjoy free entry to Kerry County Museum’s two interactive & immersive exhibitions: The Medieval Experience & Archaeology Hall. Travel back to Tralee in medieval times, where you can dress up in costume and stroll through a bustling street complete with the sounds and the smells of the period. In the Archaeology Hall you can learn all about what excavations reveal about life in the past. You can even become an archaeologist and dig up a Viking skeleton and other replicas.

This is a fun experience for all the family. Please note that entry to the museum is via the Tralee Tourist Information Office throughout Heritage Week. We are open daily Sat 15 August to Sat 22 August from 9:30am to 5pm (last admission is at 4.15pm). Free entry, no booking required, all are welcome. Children need to be accompanied by an adult.
