Folklore tour of Loughcrew

Join our guide for a tour on the folklore of Loughcrew and the surrounding area.

The tour will delve into the stories of the Cailleach and also Fionn MacCumhail and their connection to the wider landscape of Loughcrew

The tour will begin at Cairn T, on the summit of Carnbane East, Loughcrew.

The climb from the car park to Cairn T is steep and takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Visitors are asked to wear suitable footwear.

Loughcrew is an outdoor site with no shelter. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
