Documentary Film screening, Loch Gréine: A Bright Vision

For National Heritage Week, we are delighted to offer a free public online screening of the documentary film, Loch Gréine: A Bright Vision, about the natural and cultural heritage of the Grainey Valley in East Clare.

Synopsis: A breathtaking journey through Ireland’s Graney Valley, rich in natural beauty, mythology, and cultural heritage, this documentary celebrates a cherished landscape through poetry, music, and memory, while calling for its preservation for generations to come. With music by Martin Hayes.

The online screening will be followed by a talk by Marina Levitina on Lough Grainey Nature Sanctuary and its current projects, and biodiversity of the Grainey valley in east Clare.
