Join us for a special morning event celebrating the legacy of Cornelius Lyons, the renowned harper from Rattoo and former harper to the Earl of Antrim. This event marks the culmination of the inaugural Cornelius Lyons Harp Summer School, held in Finuge.

Enjoy a showcase performance featuring highlights from the weekend’s workshops and recitals, with emerging harpers and guest tutors sharing the music they’ve explored, including Lyons' distinctive baroque-influenced variations.

Following the performance, we welcome all ages to try the harp in a relaxed and friendly setting. Harps will be provided, and experienced tutors will be on hand to guide you through your first steps.

Come along and hear the music that once echoed through the great houses of Ireland – and maybe even play a few notes yourself.

Admission is free and all are welcome. No experience required for the harp tryout.
