Cobh Heritage Centre Redevelopment Tour

Cobh Heritage Centre is preparing a Conservation Management Plan and redevelopment vision for its future. As part of this work, Southgate Associates will shortly undertake a comprehensive programme of community and stakeholder consultation, including tours, surveys, focus groups and meetings.

We would value your perspective because a renewed Centre could support your own goals as much as it serves visitors — whether that is space that the community could use or a stronger attraction that benefits the wider life of Cobh. What we hear from you now will directly inform the design brief for the project.

Each tour will be an open, semi-structured discussion of around an hour, covering your interactions with the Centre to date, what a successful renewal would look like, what you would hope it delivers for the town, the actions needed to get there, and any issues or priorities we should be aware of.
