Bringing History to Life: The Rockwell Kent Collection

Join Ronan McConnell, Donegal County Museum for a fascinating insight into the creation of the digital content for the exhibition – ‘Rockwell Kent – An American Artist in Donegal’, 1926. He will demonstrate the process of creating engaging digital resources, films and interpretive content which brings this exhibition to life.

Following this, Christy Gillespie, author of The Road to Glenlough, will lead a special tour of his remarkable Rockwell Kent Collection. This exhibition is supported through funding from the Heritage Council Stewardship Fund and by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport as part of the 2026 Commemorations Programme.
