Wild Child: Art in Bloom Event

In conjunction with Wild Child Day, Heritage Council and Westmeath County Council, Multyfarnham Tidy Towns are hosting an event for families with small children to learn and embrace nature and biodiversity in their locality.

We will rebuilding the existing bug hotel in the park and we have engaged local artist, Cathriona Devine from Devine Art Studies in Crookedwood to do some rock painting and nature painting with the kids again with a 'biodiversity theme in mind'.

Christina Sweeney, Westmeath's Biodiversity Officer will be in attendance to give an overveiw of the importance of biodiversity for local communities like Multyfarnham. It promises to be fun filled afternoon for all involved.
