Come and share with us in the fascinating story of Ireland’s dry battery business over the past 100 years. Ireland’s first battery factory was in Temple Bar before moving to Portobello in 1938. This story sheds light on the contribution made by thousands of local employees who produced more than a billion batteries during the lifetime of this factory. Co-presenters and researchers Albert Adamson and Denis Tipple dedicate this project to all who were Ever Ready.
