Ring the Bells!

Bell-ringing demonstration with cathedral bell-ringer Andrew Nolan. Visit our belfry, hear all about the fascinating history of Christ Church bells and have a go at ringing them yourself. Max 16 people per session.

Participants must be over 12 years of age.

Please note that access to the belfry is up a narrow spiral staircase containing 86 steps so not suitable for those with a fear of heights, claustrophobia or mobility issues. Flat shoes are required.

This event is free but normal cathedral admission applies.
