Discover the extraordinary remains known as St. Moling's Millrace and wildlife habitats along it's route.

Explore early medieval millstones, it's association with medieval pilgrimage, the Norman invasion of St. Mullins. This ancient contoured watercourse was accepted for this year's Adopt a Monument Scheme, and will be studied by medieval industrial experts who will reveal the importance of it's past. This short walk (about 1.5 km), will reveal what is known of this earth work which is over a thousand years old and is a haven for wildlife. Children under 12 must be accompanied.
